The first in this new series. My congratulations and apologies to Amanda Duncan for kicking it off.

I have no idea what this is from…but I peed my pants when someone sent it to me!

So, I feel the need to do a blog to summarize my trip out west. I pretty much fell in love with the surrounding towns of San Francisco. I got to see people I haven’t seen in literally over a decade. It’s weird to say, but I think I have more of an appreciation for life, family, and friends after visiting the Bay Area. I actually feel a bit more laid back and even more liberal. Haha!

In all honesty, there is no place like home. Dorothy had it right….that poor girl…the crap she dealt with. I mean, those flying monkey’s would make any normal person be forced to admit themselves into an insane asylum. ::Back on track:: I did have a blast everyday I was in California, but my family and friends back home have their strings on my heart (and that’s pretty awesome if you ask me).

So, don’t worry, I won’t be moving across the county, but I definitely think I will be a frequent visitor the big CA. Ok, enough out of me. Thanks to my family and friends who made my visit so special.
